Welcome to my website!

My studio is located in my home in Albemarle County where I have been a resident since 1987. The primary medium I use is acrylic on canvas and panels. I started out with oils, but soon discovered that acrylic paints have the same staying power and dry faster. There are no smelly solvents and disposal problems as acrylics are thinned with water. Other works are done on quality paper in graphite and pen & ink. Works can range in size from miniatures to large murals on walls.

I usually leave framing up to the client, but for a small fee we can assist with framing of canvases or boards if the piece is in a standard size. We can provide you with a digital image of what your selection will look like in a frame before we proceed.
